Dataset Conversion Rates

If a study requires typical reformatting and the standard time for conversion processing is acceptable to the member making the request, there will be no additional fee charged.

However, if the member making the request requires faster turnaround for processing the dataset, or if the dataset is unusually complex, there will be a processing fee assessed. Cost quotes are provided before the work is undertaken and will be based on the following hourly rate structure:  $40/hour for individuals at Member Institutions

All conversions requested by non-members will be charged at $70/hour.

In cases where conversion takes more time than expected, charges will be made by the estimate rather than by actual time.
